The severity of these measures increases at the same time. As your architects in safety and intelligence, we expect you’ll have questions regarding the continuity of our services and the safety of our employees.

SERVICE CONTINUITY
Group 2000 solutions are unaffected and will continue to operate 24 x 7 x 365. Our customer service hours will remain unchanged from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CE(S)T, Monday through Friday, excluding official Dutch holidays. Our customer support team will continue to provide the same professional service to you while our product development teams continue to develop new features and functionalities.

HEALTH AND SAFETY FIRST
Group 2000 is actively monitoring information regarding COVID-19 as news is published by the World Health Organization, Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport, and the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment.

To keep our employees and customers healthy and safe, we have been taking precautionary measures in the last weeks, including measures at our office and restrictions on travel. As of Monday 16 March, national and international travel has been further restricted to essential meetings only. External meetings will be replaced by remote meetings as much as possible with the use of technology, for example, video conferencing. This measure applies at least until 1 April. We are fully prepared, if needed, to transition to remote work. Rest assured, this will not affect the continuity of our service in any way.
