Deployment Full-time (40 hours per week)

Your role

In this dynamic position, you combine project engineering and technical support into one impactful role. You don’t just deploy our solutions – you make sure they perform flawlessly in real-world environments.

You are the go-to technical expert, trusted advisor, and problem-solver for our customers. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Install, configure, and implement our solutions (on-premise & cloud);
  • Integrate systems within complex customer environments;
  • Troubleshoot incidents and provide 2nd/ 3rd line support;
  • Support deployments, updates, and changes (including maintenance & upgrades);
  • Perform health checks and preventive maintenance;
  • Work on both customer projects and support tickets – no day is the same;
  • Document solutions and contribute to automation and process improvements;
  • Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams (e.g. Product Development);
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.

 

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO), preferably in (Technical) IT;
  • Experience in system engineering, implementation, and/or technical support;
  • Strong Linux knowledge (preferably Red Hat/ RHEL);
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible);
  • Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL and/or Cassandra);
  • Understanding of networking, security, and system integrations;
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Customer-focused and strong communicator (Dutch & English);
  • Willingness to travel internationally and join standby/on-call rotations.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with scripting or programming (e.g. Java);
  • Affinity with telecom and networking (IP, SIP, 4G/5G).
