Group 2000 is ISO 27001:2013 certified making sure that all relevant ISO 27002 security controls have been properly implemented. We are a fully active ETSI member. In order to constantly improve our services and products, we carry out a customer satisfaction survey every two years. In 2022 our customers and partners rated us with an overall customer satisfaction score of 9 out of 10 and a NPS of +73.
