Global Account Manager (m/f)

To accelerate our international growth, we’re looking for a true new business hunter who can win new logos, open complex DMU’s across multiple countries and lead large capital-intensive deals from A to Z.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new business across strategic, multi-country accounts;
  • Build strong relationships at all levels – from C-level to technical and compliance stakeholders;
  • Lead the entire salees cycle: qualification à business case à proposal à pilot à negotiation à contract;
  • Manage RFI/ RFP’s, tenders and framework agreements in regulated markets;
  • Work closely with Sales Engineering, Legal, Finance and Delivery teams to ensure value-drive solutions;
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting (SalesForce/ HubSpot);
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to Product Management and Architecture teams. 

 

What success looks like

  • Winning new strategic customers every year;
  • Consistently hitting new business revenue and margin targets;
  • Building multi-threaded executive engagement within each account;
  • Driving complex deals (€ 250.000 - € 2.000.000 +) to closure;
  • Delivering accurate forecasts and disciplined pipeline management.

 

What we are looking for

  • 10-15 years in B2B enterprise sales, including 5+ years proven hunter experience in IT/ Cyber Security/ Cloud/ Telecom/ Software/ Data;
  • Track record of closing large, complex international deals with long sales cycles;
  • Experience leading RFI/ RFP’s and tenders in regulated environments;
  • Skilled in consultative/ solution selling and executive-level engagement;
  • Fluent English; additional languages (NL, DE, FR, AR en ES) are e plus;
  • Willingness and motivation to travel internationally (1 – 2 months a year);
  • Integrity and reliability: before employment, you will need to provide Group 2000 with a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). A personal screening can also be a part of the job application and you also comply with export/ sanction regulations.

 

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of Lawful Interception (ETSI/3GPP), Data Retention/ Disclosure, 5G, IP networks, SIEM/SOC, Cloud or Databases;
  • Existing network within telecom operators, governments or system integrators;
  • Experience at or selling to companies such as SS8, Utimaco, Cognyte, Thales, Ericsson/ Nokia LI, Sandvine, Verint, BAE Systems AI, Trovicor;
  • Familiary with channel models and orchestrating international integrators.

You’re resilient, adaptable and able to manage long sales cycles in regulated markets – all while acting with integrity in sensitive markets.
