Project Engineer (m/f)

Your main tasks

• Participating in a customer project team;
• Aligning with customers on system configuration and integration with customer environment;
• Performing (on-site) installation and integration activities at customer locations;
• Installing and configuring hardware/software solutions in on-premise and/or cloud environments;
• Troubleshooting installation, configuration, and integration issues in customer environments;
• Documenting implementations and contributing to standardization and automation;
• Providing support to the Customer Support department with your knowledge of the customer solutions;

Job requirements & skills

• At least a bachelor’s degree (University or HBO), e.g. (Technical) Information Technology;
• Proven experience in an implementation, or system engineering role;
• Strong knowledge of Linux (preferably Red Hat / RHEL derivatives);
• Experience with configuration management and automation (Ansible);
• Knowledge of databases, particularly PostgreSQL and/or Apache Cassandra;
• Experience with on-site work and direct customer interaction;
• Understanding of networking, security, and system integrations;
• Scripting experience is a plus;
• Knowledge of programming (Java) is a pre;
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset;
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
• You are willing to travel abroad;
