At Group 2000, we build mission-critical technology for telecom operators, governments, and regulated organizations worldwide. From Lawful Interception to Cybersecurity and Data Solutions – we help protect society in an increasingly digital world.
As a Technical Project Lead, you are the key link between the customer, the team, and technology. You are end-to-end responsible for projects, from order confirmation through to a smooth handover to Customer Support. You maintain the balance between planning, budget, quality, and communication, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
You take full ownership of your projects and actively steer them where needed. You lead the project team, monitor progress, and collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Sales, Engineering, and the COO. You identify risks and opportunities early and translate them into concrete actions.
In addition, you play a key role in the technical execution of projects: you advise customers, contribute to solution design, and actively participate in the development, testing, and implementation of systems and software. You ensure high-quality delivery and a smooth handover to Customer Support.
You also contribute to continuous improvement by driving innovation, exploring new technologies, and identifying smarter ways of working.
What you bring
You have a strong technical background in software or systems engineering, combined with experience leading projects in a technical environment. You are analytical, decisive, and solution-oriented, and you communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.
You have experience with Agile and common project methodologies, and you thrive in a dynamic environment. You are hands-on: you don’t just lead, you actively contribute to the technical work.
In addition, you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Informatics (or have an equivalent level of working and thinking), are willing to travel internationally, and are fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Integrity & Reliability
Before employment, you will need to provide Group 2000 with a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). A personal screening can also be a part of the job application.
