Our Almelo-based Customer Care department is looking for a talented Customer Support Engineer who has knowledge in Linux and is equipped with good communication skills.
The Customer Care team is responsible for the support of our customers. We help monitor systems and perform regular health checks. We help our customers worldwide when they face problems or technical failures in equipment and systems for the Group 2000 products covering mainly the following domains: LIMA Lawful Intercept, LIMA Data Retention, LIMA Network Protect and LIMA Cell Monitor. The Customer Care team contributes towards continual improvement processes within the context of Maintenance & Support and the SLA contracts. Client satisfaction levels are upheld as a result of maintaining and managing the products and services by achieving, and preferably exceeding, the service levels agreed with our clients.
