Our Almelo-based Customer Support department is looking for a talented Linux Support Engineer. We are no normal support desk. We average two new incidents per day with a team of five engineers, our tickets are considered technical in-depth and require an analytical skillset and a persevered mindset.
The Customer Support department contributes towards continual improvement processes within the context of Maintenance & Support and the given SLA contracts for all of our LIMA products. Customer satisfaction levels are upheld as a result of maintaining and managing the products and services by achieving, and exceeding, the service levels.
